As Öztanık Bilişim İletişim Turizm İnşaat Ltd. Şti. (“Anka Hotel”); we have prepared this clarification text in order to inform you, our Visitors, Online Visitors, Customers, Potential Customers, Supplier Employees, Supplier Authorities, regarding the processing, storage and transfer of your personal data within the framework of our activities arising from the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and relevant legislation and legal regulations.

Your personal information may be processed by Öztanık Bilişim İletişim Turizm İnşaat Ltd. Şti. in accordance with the principles stipulated in Article 4.2 of KVKK;

Identity information (e.g. name, surname), physical space security information (e.g. camera recordings) of our visitors will be processed for the purposes of;

- What Are the Collection Methods of Your Personal Data?
Your personal data stated above in categories are collected by automatic or non-automatic means through physical ways such as order forms, contracts, visitor forms or information systems and electronic devices (e.g. telecommunication infrastructure, computers and phones), third parties (e.g. KKB and Findeks), our website and other documents declared by the person concerned.
- What is the Legal Reason for Collecting Your Personal Data?
Your personal data are processed by Öztanık Bilişim İletişim Turizm İnşaat Ltd. Şti based on the legal reasons stated in Article 5 of KVKK in line with the realization of the purposes explained above;
(i) Clearly provided for in the laws,
- Provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract; it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract,
- It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
- Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
- Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
- Do We Transfer Your Personal Data to a Third Party?
a) Personal data belonging to our visitors may be shared with law enforcement and judicial authorities for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and if requested pursuant to relevant legislation.
b) Personal data belonging to our online visitors may be shared with judicial authorities and authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and if requested pursuant to relevant legislation.
c) Personal data belonging to our customers are transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of execution of activities in accordance with legislation, follow-up and execution of legal affairs, informing authorized persons, institutions and organizations within the scope stipulated by legal regulations; to our group companies, IT company, suppliers, cargo companies, insurance companies, banks and our financial advisor to the extent necessary for the execution/audit of business activities, execution of risk management processes, proper performance of our services. In addition, personal data in question may be transferred to the law firm we receive service from and judicial authorities for use as evidence in possible future legal disputes.
d) Personal data belonging to our potential customers may be transferred to the law firm we receive service from and judicial authorities for use as evidence in possible future legal disputes.
e) Personal data belonging to our supplier employee are transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purposes of execution of activities in accordance with legislation, follow-up and execution of legal affairs, informing authorized persons, institutions and organizations, execution/audit of business activities within the scope stipulated by legal regulation; to group companies, IT company, suppliers, cargo companies, banks and our financial advisor to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the service. e) Personal data belonging to our supplier authority are transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of execution of activities in accordance with legislation, follow-up and execution of legal affairs, informing authorized persons, institutions and organizations, execution/audit of business activities within the scope stipulated by legal regulations; to group companies, IT company, suppliers, cargo companies, banks and our financial advisor to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the service. - Do We Transfer Your Personal Data Abroad?
As Öztanık Bilişim İletişim Turizm İnşaat Ltd. Şti., we do not transfer your personal data abroad.
- How Can You Use Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data?
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK regulating the rights of the persons concerned to us via the “Application Form to Data Controller” prepared for your convenience in accordance with the “Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” located at the address “http://www.otelanka.com/” belonging to Öztanık Bilişim İletişim Turizm İnşaat Ltd.
