Dear Candidate;
This clarification text has been prepared by Öztanık Bilişim İletişim Turizm İnşaat Ltd. Şti. acting as the data controller, in order to inform you about the processing purposes of your personal data, legal reasons, collection method, to whom it may be transferred, and your rights within the scope of KVKK, within the framework of Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.
We do not have absolute control over the information you provide in the CVs you send us or on the websites that mediate you to reach us. We recommend that you do not share your personal data and special categories of personal data that you do not want us to know with our Company.
Which Personal Data Do We Process?
· Your name, surname, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, nationality information;
· Your e-mail address, address, mobile phone number;
· Information regarding your health (such as your disability status) if you include it in your CV;
· Your education status, certificate and diploma information, expertise information, foreign language information, information regarding your skills, information on seminars and courses you attended, computer knowledge, exam result information;
· Information regarding your work experiences (e.g. sectors, companies you worked for before, your position, responsibilities, salary you received);
· Your photo;
· Your driver's license information;
· Information regarding your hobbies;
· Your salary expectation;
· Your military service status information,
· Your reference information (name surname, title, workplace, contact information of the reference person),
· Other information you added to your CV of your own free will but which we cannot foresee
Processed in accordance with KVKK.
Your personal data in question may be stored at Öztanık Bilişim İletişim Turizm İnşaat Ltd. Şti. for up to 1 year if your job application is not approved, and for up to 10 years from the date you leave the workplace if it is approved.
For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
Your personal data stated above are processed for the following purposes for the performance of this Service Agreement regarding the employment service we provide to you:
· To manage your job application process,
· To communicate with you,
· To determine whether you have sufficient equipment for the position we will suggest to you,
· To be able to interview people about whom we can get references and to determine whether you are suitable for the job,
· To determine the position information you want to work for, your wage expectation, whether you can work in other positions and your start date,
· To determine whether you can use the vehicle when the need to use company vehicles arises,
· To determine your suitability in terms of age for the position to be suggested to you and to ensure compliance with the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles of Employment of Child and Young Workers,
· To be easily remembered by our human resources unit when you come for an interview,
· To contact the candidate and to prepare the personnel file if the candidate is accepted for the job,
· To determine whether there is a situation that may interrupt your work during the employment contract and to ensure compliance with the provision of Article 75 of the Military Penal Code No. 1632.
Using Which Method and Based on Which Legal Reasons Do We Process Your Personal Data?
The collected personal data are processed automatically (e.g. automatically sent to our system in the internet environment) or by non-automatic means (e.g. noting down information you told us on the phone) based on the legal reasons in Article 5 of the Law depending on your explicit consent (i) “it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”, (ii) “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” and (iii) “ it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”.
To Whom and For What Purposes Do We Transfer Your Personal Data?
Your personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request in order to resolve legal disputes or pursuant to relevant legislation.
What Are Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data and How Can You Access These Rights?
You can submit your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of KVKK to Öztanık Bilişim in writing according to Article 5 of the “Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” or by using registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address previously notified to the data controller by the person concerned and registered in the data controller's system.
