Clarification Text Regarding Personal Data Processed in Guest Internet Usage
This clarification text has been prepared by Öztanık Bilişim İletişim Turizm İnşaat Ltd. Şti. regarding the hotspot user panel filled for internet usage in the capacity of data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.
Your personal data, limited to your TR ID number and traffic information regarding internet usage, obtained through the hotspot user panel filled for internet usage, are processed for the purposes of ensuring the security of the data controller in the internet service provided and fulfilling the obligation to record traffic information pursuant to Law No. 5651.
The personal data in question are processed automatically based on the legal reasons of “clearly provided for in the laws” and “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” in Article 5 of KVKK. These personal data will be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations.
You can send your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the person concerned in writing to the address İdealtepe Mh. Akgüvercin Sk. No:9 Maltepe/İstanbul or to the e-mail address kvkk@otelanka.com according to Article 5 of the “Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”.
